"From start to finish; communication was fantastic. Professionalism was top notch. They arrived when they said they would arrive. They got me the numbers when they said they'd get the numbers. They helped with filing the TVA home energy credit, along with plenty of information on how to claim as well as fill out the IRS form to get the tax credit when filing. My project ended up having a hitch as my insulation had gotten wet at some point before I moved into the house. This slowed the vacuuming a bit but they put an extra crew on it in order to still get my attic insulated in the time foot print. All so my family could get back in the house as planned. I highly recommend Koala for getting your house insulation upgraded."
